Return Policy

Returns are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. We are covered under consumer contracts regulations 2013 with this policy.

Due to the nature of the product we can only accept returns if it is still in the original, unopened packaging. This is due to hygiene reasons and we are covered by the Consumer Rights Act for this.

In the highly unlikely event the glove is faulty, we will send you a replacement once we receive the faulty item back.

You have 14 days from when you received your goods to complain to us about a faulty item.

Please contact us at lucy@gummee.life if you are unsure whether Gummee Glove will be suitable for your baby and we will be happy to answer any questions.

If you change your mind or have realised you ordered the wrong item we will exchange the item and in some cases refund you if you notify us within 14 days of purchase. We will ask you to return the item at your own cost and in the original unopened box. If the product has been used it may affect your entitlement to a full refund.

If your issue falls outside of the 14 day period it will be at the discretion of Gummee Glove Ltd whether or not a refund or replacement is appropriate. Please contact us at lucy@gummee.life if you have a query about this and we will do our best to help.
